        I thought many might already know about this stuff and hesitated to make this post previously. But after doing a survey, getting to that post now.
           
             

Can Adobe PDF reader do the real reading?.
                     

Yeah, Probably the later versions, 6 and 6+ versions can do this work. It's just that you need to do this simple Stuff,

1) Go to View Menu.
2) Choose Read out Loud, then select Activate Read out Loud (Shift+Ctrl+Y).
3) Then Press Shift+Ctrl+V or Shift+Ctrl+B to read the current page or the entire document correspondingly.
4) Or Toggle between the options under the Read out Loud submenu under View Menu.
